This lovely floral quilted wall hanging measures approximately: 17" w x 21" l

A number of beautiful cotton batik fabrics were used to create this lovely piece of quilted and embellished art.

Each flower was appliqued to the light blue batik background fabric and has been embellished in colorful beads. EACH INDIVIDUAL BEAD WAS HAND STITCHED TO THE QUILT USING CLEAR THREAD.

After layering the top with cotton batting and coordinating backing, I machine quilted around each of the flowers in a coordinating cotton thread. The backing was made from the same fabric as the background and the binding was made from the same fabric as the stems of the flowers. The binding has been hand stitched to the back of the quilt.

I always use the highest quality fabrics for the top and backing of all of my work. If you purchase a quilt from me, I will send you pins to hang it with, or will add on a hanging sleeve if you request it (please give me an extra day or two before shipping if you'd like a hanging sleeve added). You can also use standard quilt hangers to display any of my quilts.

I keep all of my quilts in air tight storage.
