Handmade big hole bead in a pretty transparent denim blue lined with silver.

I used fine silver wire melted gently around the bead to leave trails and drops of pure silver. I also etched this bead so bead itself has a MATTE finish and is not shiny. It looks like sea glass. However, the etching solution does not affect the silver which retains its shine.

All glass beads are handmade by me in my home studio and kiln annealed for durability and strength. However, they are made of glass and care should be taken as with any items made with glass.
