Handmade glass lampwork focal bead with metallic blues, greens and yellow ochres. Swirls of blue and green (caused by the reaction of the silver in that particular glass) are mixed with shades of yellow and gold in a free form swirled pattern. Encased in clear to magnify and give depth to the patterns. Have added dots of metallic blue and green around the edges on both sides of the bead.

This a very organic looking bead. The metallic blue/green dots bring a bit of brightness to this otherwise dark and moody bead

Made on a 3/32nd inch mandrel and will fit a thin cord and almost all wire gauges.

All glass beads are handmade by me in my home studio and kiln annealed for durability and strength. However, they are made of glass and care should be taken as with any items made with glass.
