Made from 25yards of soft smooth turquoise Bridal tulle, that has been gathered and serged to the soft white fabric covered elastic waistband. Also attached a white fabric Apron with white lace trim. Back has a white fabric bow attached

Just remember even though this tutu is long it still can be sheer, so if your not daring were something under them

This is machine washable and can be dried in low heat.

Please note I use the same amount of material no matter what size is bought. A large size may seem more see through or less poofy, but it is the same amount of tulle. tutus are see through! our tutus are meant to be puffy and stick up and out!
