This is an original watercolor painting by me, done on 140-lb watercolor paper (archival).

Painting is 5 x 7 inches and is signed and dated either on the front of the painting or on the back, in the case of smaller paintings.

Price is for painting only with no matting and no framing.



Will be enclosed in poly sleeve and protected well for shipping.



To add white matting to your painting, it is only $5 extra. I will add the matting and backing board, and enclose it in a plastic sleeve. The finished size including the matting will be 8 x 10 inches. Just go to my separate listing for "Matting for 5 x 7 Inch Paintings" and order that as well as this painting. If you would like a different color matting, contact me and I will quote you a price for that, and list the matting separately.

In the 10 years I lived in the Southwest, I grew to love the architecture there with the rounded, soft curves of the adobe construction and the rich earth colors. This painting was done from one of my photographs while I lived there of a back garden wall and entrance.
