For your jewelry making pleasure a rare and unusual Canadian River Plume Agate Cabochon in an elongated teardrop. This would be the "Blue" or black material, it is a lovely cab. The one photo shows a pitted area on the surface. This is natural and does not distract from the beauty of the cab. It measures 44mm X 24.5mm.

From an undisclosed location in the Panhandle of Texas, and now closed to rockhounders comes this vintage material known as Canadian River Plume Agate. Extremely rare and beautiful this agate will show 'plumes' in bands of color ranging from Red to Yellow to the "Blue" (black) shown here. Also found are drusy pockets and some agate banding.
