OH YUM YUM YUMMY, Who doesn't love Almond Toffee, what ever the name... So I made a chocolate Almond Toffee Mix. Great Earthtones too!

Ingredients
o1-1/2 cups white sugar
o3/4 cup salted butter
o1 tablespoon light corn syrup
odash of salt
o1 cup untoasted sliced almonds (optional)
o9 ounces mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
o1 cup toasted sliced almonds

Instructions

Put first four ingredients in a saucepan and boil on medium heat, stirring constantly, until candy thermometer registers 250 degrees.

Add the untoasted almonds, if you're using them. Either way, keep boiling and stirring until the mixture reaches 290 degrees.

Scrape the mixture out into a non-stick 10x13 lasagna pan and shake to level it out.

IMMEDIATELY cover with chocolate chips. IMMEDIATELY cover the chocolate chips with the toasted almonds.

Chill. Knock toffee out of the lasagna pan and break it into pieces by sticking the point of a sharp knife straight down into it.
You will recieve 50 grams of Czech Glass Seed beads. If you want more just convo me.


BEADS ARE ENLARGED TO SHOW DETAIL. SIZE OF BEAD IS SEED BEAD SIZE 6/0 OR 4mm which equals 6 or 7 beads per inch strung. You will recieve 50 grams of loose beads.
