These luscious battlings are made from 50% Silver Gotland wool locks and 50% rose gray llama fiber from our beautiful Minnie Pearl.

Llama fiber is hollow so it provides exceptional warmth without weight. Llama fiber tends to have very little "memory" to it so blending it with a wool fiber like the Gotland gives the resulting yarn memory so your finished garments don't stretch out of shape when worn.

These battlings are soft, lustrous and lofty and will make a beautiful yarn with the same qualities. Or, you could use this fiber for wet felting, nuno felting or needle felting.
