Handmade Kyanite and copper wire bracelet.
Handmade copper wire bracelet antiqued to a lovely black finish. Sealed with a wax polish.
Handmade copper jump-rings, wire wrapped gemstone beads and hook closure. The only thing I didn't make is the gemstones.

Product Description

Deep natural, blue Kyanite oval gemstones make up this elegant handmade bracelet. Each indigo shaded bead was crafted with fine copper wire, hand-wrapped and attached to one of my handmade copper chain bracelets. Packed with movement this bracelet is designed to dance with every gesture.

Kyanite reminds me of the ocean, not the Pacific Northwest ocean I have come to love but the tropical, crystal clear ocean of my childhood that was always the perfect shade of blue. I feel that this grouping of Kyanite gemstones represents that perfect shade of blue I remember. These gemstone's are cut in a thick, flat oval shape and range from medium to dark blue in shade.

The jewelry grade copper wire was given a dark grey, almost black patina to contrast against the striking shade of blue. I seal my patina with a quality wax polish to protect the finish.
