This is a listing for you to order a custom made baby car seat cover. The pictures in this listing show examples of past work and are NOT the actual covers that are for sale. The following is a description of my car seat covers. Please also read the end of the listing for information on how to obtain your custom cover!

The cover will fit over all standard US infant car seats (even the large ones rated for 35lb babies!) and is held in place with elastic around the entire cover. The cover is two layers thick; a fleece layer and a flannel layer. The prints of the materials will determine whether the fleece or the flannel is the outer layer. The head opening in the top allows for your baby to look out at the world around her. The zipper from the opening all the way down to the foot of the car seat allows for easy placement and removal of baby. You can also have the cover unzipped while your baby is indoors in the car seat. When heading outdoors, completely cover your baby up with the flap that covers the head opening. Velcro on both the flap and surrounding the opening holds it down. I make sure that the soft stripe of Velcro is on the cover and the prickly Velcro stripe is on the flap; that way, your baby doesnt get scratched as you take her out of the seat. The flaps velcro is approximately 1/4 wide while the soft side on the cover is approximately 5/8 wide; that way the hook velcro on the flap doesnt snag on the cover and there is a larger surface are for the velcro to attach to itself.

Your custom ordered carseat cover is based at US $35.00 plus shipping. When you buy this order, please add a note in the order regarding ideas you may have. Here is what I would be looking for:
Is it for a boy, girl, or gender neutral?
What color or print do you have in mind for the outer fleece/flannel?
What color would you like for the interior flannel/fleece or would you like me to choose one that will coordinate with the outer layer?

The non-refundable US $35.00 is based upon my buying material when I find good deals or sales. If, when you order, the materials are more expensive at that time, the cost difference is added in to the price. (Please note that I am *always* looking out for deals for you to help keep your costs down!) If you choose a designer print, licensed print, different material (ie minky or cuddle fabric), the cost is increased. If I have to order your specific material online because it is not available at my local fabric store, I also add in the cost of shipping the material to me onto the carseat cover price.

Here is how I deal with extra costs. When we figure out materials, I will quote you on what the final price will be. If it is acceptable, I will go ahead with the order. If it isnt and you decide to pass, I shall refund your money via paypal. (But if you choose to go ahead with the car seat order, the US $35.00 is non-refundable.) Your US $35.00+Shipping will cover the cost of materials and most time upfront. Once it is paid, I buy the material and sew it up (plan on 4 days for that). I send you pictures of your cover. If there are extra costs, those costs will be billed to you via PayPal. Once it is paid, I send it out to you!
