Each individual layer of petals is hand-cut Organza with seared edges.

The back of the fascinator has been backed with felt; finishing the felt edge with braid trim and an alligator clip with teeth for easy positioning and a more secure placement.

The Fascinator is beautiful by itself for anyone...Bride, bridesmaids or that special occassion.
