This pattern contains instructions to knit the socks shown above. Technically termed as boot socks, these pretties are easy to make. They feature attractive lace-up ties finished with little pompons. The design, 1960s from Coats and Clarks, is one size.

- COATS and CLARK'S "RED HEART" KNITTNG WORSTED, 4 Ply ("Tangle-Proof" Pull-Out Skeins): 3-1/2 ounces of any color.
- Knitting Needles, 1 pair No.8.

GAUGE: 9 sts = 2 inches; 8 rows or 4 ridges = 1 inch.

I have digitally reworked this vintage pattern to produce a clean, easy to read, (1 1/2 inch line spacing) document and then converted to a PDF file (not a photocopy). The file will be sent to you by Email (NO Shipping Costs). You can open with an Adobe Reader and refer to the pattern from your screen, or print.

The PDF file will be forwarded to your email address within 12 hours.

As always, thanks for stopping by.
