This listing is for a beautiful hand painted hank of 4 ply 75% superwash merino 25% nylon sock yarn. It knits up in to a strong fabric that is squishy and soft. This base is much softer than most 75/25 sock yarns on the market.

This yarn has been dyed to be self-striping. Two strands were dyed together; this will result in perfectly matched socks that can be easily knit 2 at a time. Pull from the outside of the ball to avoid twist in the strands. The cardboard core in the center of the ball is reusable.

You will have ample yarn for a large pair of socks, or a small scarf.
