This great vintage McCall's 2389 pattern makes a sleeveless dress with back zipper and has extended shoulders, shoulder pads, front and fack midriff and skirt with pockets in side seams. View A has rounded neckline and gathered skirt. View B has V neckline and softly pleated skirt. View C has V neckline, midriff of ribbed knit and gathered skirt.

Size 8 Bust 31-1/2" Waist 24" hips 33-1/2" Back Waist Length 15-3/4"

Patterns contain 17 pieces which are uncut and factory folded along with the instruction sheets.

suggested fabrics are silk, silkies, challis, cotton, cotton blends, lightweight linen, crepe, crepe de chine, tissue faille, charmeuse, cotton knits, seersucker, knits, jersey, oxford cloth, chambray, damask, gauze, madras, cord.

View A & B also picque and chintz.

View C midriff also ribbed knit or tubular ribbed knit.

Not suitable for diagonals, uneven stripes or uneven plaids.
