This stunning original design fall art quilt featuring an orange three dimensional silk mum flower surrounded by other rust orange spike flowers would be a beautiful addition to your fall wall decor. With these beautiful colors you may easily work it into your decor and enjoy it all year long.
The background for the fall art quilt is created with a piece of burlap and thread work stitched to the surface to create leaves and other foliage features. Stems for the flowers are 3-dimensional silk leaves arranged and then stitched to the surface. The mum has been affixed to the surface with a light brown button that actually looks like the center of a flower. The spike flowers were sewn to the surface surrounding the mum.
The burlap piece was then mounted to a brown marbled Batik fabric, machine quilted and the edges are bound with the same Batik fabric.
An actual piece of driftwood has been affixed to the surface at the lower bottom to complete the three dimensional wall art.
The art piece is ready to hang with a hanging sleeve and dowel (included).
This is an original design fall art quilt and is one of a kind fiber art piece. There is a signed by the artist and dated label attached to the back.
