Shipping will pause between November 22-29. Order as usual, shipping will resume on 11/30.

U.S./Order by 12/14 to make sure you receive your kits by December 23.
International/Order by 12/1 and you should have it by Dec. 23. Some countries seem to get kits much faster than others. Germany, Austria and Singapore have been very slow (a month or more!). I recommend you upgrade shipping if you really need a kit by a certain date. Add a message and I will send you an invoice.

This high Food Grade Quality Citric Acid comes from the fermentation of crude fruit sugars. With Urban Cheesecraft it is chiefly used in the making of cheese such as the ricotta pictured above.

You will receive a package that is roughly 1 cup or 8oz. That makes a lot of cheese since you usually need 2 teaspoons per gallon of milk!

Citric Acid is also generally used in retaining a product's texture and appearance so it's great for canning pickles and such.

It is also apparently a nice base ingredient in bath fizzies and scrubbing salts but I am not an expert on that by any means!
