My pink leather medicine bag pouch with fringe was made entirely by hand.

The leather is cut out, punched and then sewn together using artificial sinew. I use commercially tanned leather on my bags .

For this one, I have made a long fringe as well as a small fringe attached to the flap for embellishment. The flap also has two small silvertone feathers hanging on top of the small fringe drop.

This bag hangs around the neck with a thin suede thong that has a silvertone pony bead on each side. Bag size is 3 inches long without the fringe x 2 inches wide. The fringe hangs an additional 3 inches at the bottom.

Each bag has my unique touch and is passed along to you. No two bags are ever exactly the same.

You may use this bag for pills, coins, or trinkets. There are many uses for them. Traditionally medicine bags were worn by Native Americans to store charms or healing herbs.
