The solid sterling converter slips over the pinstem ... has a loop through which to slide the chain....The tube part is just over 1/2" wide (9/16 to be exact) and I supply two rubber stoppers which also slide on the pinstem to keep it centered.... therfore you can use this on pinstems ranging from just over 1/2" wide to any width. If you have a particularly wide pinstem, you can also use two converters, so you will have a two point suspension. This converter is not for pins which run from top to bottom... I sell a Bail and loop arrangement for those. Convo me if you want one. This listing also includes a solid sterling silver "snake chain" so you have everything you need to make one of my pins into a pendant. 18 inches long.
