The Woodland Path is one of 4 paintings I created as part of a group show I participated in at the Raw Canvas gallery in Vancouver, BC. The theme for the show was Concepts of Home and it immediately struck me that where I feel most at home is when Im out in nature, surrounded by the soft sounds of the leaves fluttering in the wind and the pine needles crunching under my feet.

Of course, the idea of painting traditional landscapes quickly got kgb-ed! My normal forest scene morphed into the imaginary fun it would be to live in the forest and ride on the backs of squirrels. Naturally!

The print size is 8 X 8 (20cm X 20cm) on archival Epson matte paper with a lovely weight. With incredibly vibrant colors and sharp detail of the wood grain, your print will look almost like the original when hung under glass.
