I have beadweaved this necklace using a spiral bead stitch made of size 11/0 seed beads. The colors of the Toho seed beads are transparent fudge sickle and opaque terra cotta.

The cute pumpkin wooden pendant was hand painted by Denise of DCH Studios. I have also added another one of Denise's pendants, an abstract in yellows, greens, browns, and white.

The best thing about this necklace is that when Halloween is over, you can slide the pendant off the necklace (carefully over the end with the lobster claw) and wear the necklace by itself. You can also use the other hand painted pendant that I have included with the necklace or use one of your own. Just make sure your pendant has a large enough bail to fit on the necklace and to slide over the lobster claw.

The beadweaved necklace is hand stitched with Fireline. The beaded portion of he necklace is 20 inches long. I have added a 3 inch extension in sterling silver chain so that the necklace is long enough to be worn with a turtleneck sweaater. At the end of the chain is a 6mm Swarovski cyrstal copper bicone. I have used a sterling silver losbster claw for the clasp.

Please do not wear this necklace while bathing or swimming.
