This beautiful Nephrite Jade necklace/earring set is stunning in its variations of color that is inherent in Jade.

The pendant is a carved, rather large (55mm in length, 35mm at it's widest part, and about 8mm thick) Nephrite Jade in an almost oval shape dropping from a sterling silver bail. The carved symbol is that of a dog. Then alternately, there are carved 10mm Nephrite Jade round beads, plain simulated Jade round beads, separated by sterling silver Bali plain spacers; then followed by Jadeite rectangles, separated by glass brown beads which seem to match the coloring in the lower part of the pendant. Next comes a series of small beads and small rectangles, separated this time by Bali beaded spacers and one single brown glass bead ~ attaching finally to a sterling silver toggle clasp. The earrings in this set have the same components as the necklace and drop from sterling silver leverbacks.

The carving is of a traditional Chinese dog. It's a stunningly beautiful necklace and would adorn your most sophisticated outfit as well as your casual clothing.
