Lavender conjures up thoughts of a soothing spa treatment or a field of English Lavender blowing in the breeze. In this necklace, the soothing light lavender is captured in the Cape Amethyst 8mm round beads. I paired them up with lots of Bali sterling silver in bead caps or spacer beads; then added three rounded triangle 27mm barrel resin beads and two darker lavender 10mm grooved round resin beads. They all lead to the beaded sterling silver "S" clasp. The earrings that accompany this necklace contain Cape Amethyst beads with Bali caps and spacer beads, plus a couple of sterling silver 3mm round beads, dropping from sterling silver round ear wires.

The length of the necklace is 19 1/2", including clasp and the earrings drop 1 1/4" from the ear wire.

The lavender in this necklace is very light and the combination of silver and Cape Amethyst is stunning. It's a necklace set that would look terrific with many different wardrobe colors.

Note: The only photo that shows the true colors of this necklace is the photo with the little angel. For some reason the resin beads appear brown in the other photos (which they are not ~ they are a hue of lavender).
