Vintage Butterick pattern 5088 is for a girl's dress or jumper. High-fitted princess seamed dress or jumper has round neckline. View A has full length sheer elasticized sleeves with purchased applique. View B with short sleeves has optional ribbon belt. View C is sleeveless with eyelet trim. View D has purchased braid trim and blouse.

Waist: 21"
Hip: 24"

This pattern is complete and but has been cut. The sleeve has been cut to a short sleeve but the piece to make it a long sleeve is in the envelope.

I have many discontinued and rare patterns. Please remember vintage patterns are just that. Many are over 40 years old. I ensure all the pieces and instructions are complete but please expect wear and tear.
