Sew Many Memories quilts from baby clothes are a sure-to-be-cherished gift and the perfect heirloom!

Composing a quilt using clothing is a lot more work than just cutting squares of fabric. I take each garment and try to represent the essence of each item in a block on the quilt. I also do all kinds of "piecing" for the blocks--sometimes I make a block from several small embroideries, for example. Each quilt is individually designed, not by a formula. As such, they are true works of art. If you have specific ideas, I'm happy to collaborate-- I'm not a rigid "this is how it's done" person. Of course, you don't have to have anything figured out----I love the design process and I can send you photos as I move along the creation process and use your feedback to create just the quilt you want.

The photos are samples of commissions. Your quilt will be as unique as your child is!
