My coffee cup and sketchbook as an example of my morning needs. I have found a lot of times that breakfast makes good Daily Painting fodder. I suppose if I was not such a morning person, lunches would also be good. Dinner is almost never a good idea to paint from. a late meal and late painting are both things guaranteed to keep me from falling asleep.
