A detailed materials and supply list tells you exactly what you need, and also gives you information about substitute materials in case the exact ones are not available near you. Use your own creativity to add your own personal touch to your covers if you wish.

Basic composition books are very familiar to school students, and for the most part are pretty boring as far as looks are concerned. I designed my book covers as a way to take the plain and average composition notebook and make it something one is proud to carry around. Since they are made using a heavy interfacing as the main base, they are very durable and can used over and over.... Just add a new book when the first one is used up.

I began writing my patterns for those people who would rather make things themselves. Getting the process into words and photos is a time consuming process, and these patterns are for your personal use only. Patterns I write are copyrighted by me. You may make as many items as you wish for gift giving and your own use, but not for sale for profit.
