Mini Art Quilt- Triple Echinacea- 5"x7" Flower Photo Reg Price- $25

Mini art quilt with photos of Echinacea flowers in yellow, rosy orange and lavender. The photos were taken in my gardens, then printed onto cotton fabric. The photos are surrounded by fused crazy patch containing pieces of fabric that coordinate with the flower colors. Freemotion quilting adds more interest to the crazy patch areas with vines and swirls. The outer edges are bound by an ivory yarn couched on. This piece is sized to fit a standard size frame, or can be displayed by mounting on a pre-stretched artist canvas. The canvas can be left as is, or covered with fabric before mounting the quilt. This little gem can also be displayed as is.

My photos printed on fabric help me to bring my own gardens and other sights from the wonderful world around me to my quilts. At a distance a garden or other area may not be very appealing, but upon closer inspection, single blooms, leaves, or other things have much beauty. I am striving to bring that beauty in nature to my art quilts.
