"Spring Blues on the Rocks #2" Bead Embellished ACEO Art Quilt- 2.5x3.5"

This is another of my "On the Rocks" series of ACEO quilted art cards. This little piece includes a photo of blue Spring Snow Glory and white Anemone flowers printed onto silk. The right side includes a piece of my mud and rocks fabric manipulated with stitched tucks, couched yarns, beads and gemstone chips added. There are also a tiny silver tone dragonfly and ladybug resting on the rocks. The flower centers are accented with beads. There is bright blue silk above the rocky section, with quilted leaves and beaded accents. The edges are bound with a pale blue yarn.

My Art cards are tiny textile art quilts made with 3 layers- poly batting is used between the top and backing fabric. The back side is signed and dated with the name of the piece.

This is another One-Of-A-Kind piece that can never be reproduced. It would make a great addition to a nature lover's collection.
