Institutionalized is a black straight jacket shrug. Straps around the sleeves encircle the arm restraint strap that you can use to tie yourself up with. Remember, this shrug is just a plaything, not an authentic straight jacket ;)

Nickel plated grommets are set around the hood and the front is zippered, so you can take it on and off without messing up your hair.

Made from a high quality black sweatshirt fleece.
