In keeping with the Warm Earth theme of our Fall 2009 SassyDLite collection, this creation features creamy greenish moss aquamarine, earthy green prehnite and raw brown quartz with Thai silver nuggets and darkened silver.

I hand forged these special ear wires from 22 gauge sterling silver wire. They measure approximately 40 cm or roughly 1 5/8 inches in length and they are VERY comfortable.

I wanted to use leather, hemp or cotton in this piece not only for the natural element, but because our customers find these materials to be ultra light weight and amazingly comfortable.

The longer of the two black leather dangles drops an additional 65 cms (2 1/2 inches) for a total earring length of about 4 1/4 inches. This total length is somewhat fashion forward but it's one that has proven quite popular with my customers. If you need the length amended or if you'd like something similar created (different gems) please convo me with your specs/ideas.

NOTE: I can swap the ear wire for a shorter version of the slimline design (shown here) or any of our sterling wires (i.e. sterling lever backs) may be substituted at no upcharge.
