Condition is very good. The last book page has 2 factory crease lines (second to last has even fainter crease lines) which may or may not show here - in the photo of Mr & Mrs Gnome hugging on a white background.
The dust jacket has slight age discoloration on the top & bottom edges only. The dj edges also have light creasing & someone put clear tape on the inside back at the 2 top corners to reinforce 2 small tears.
Otherwise, no damages to the book, no writing or odors.
