USA Tie Tack Sterling Silver Handmade Original Artist

This original design USA tack pin is handmade in solid sterling silver and specially oxidized behind the letters to bring the USA into bold focus.

This pin was inspired following 9/11 when several were made, each individually by hand. Men, particularly, have appreciated this tack, as it looks great on a business suit or black leather motorcycle jacket making a subtle statement of American pride.

The piece is the diameter of a U.S. dime (about 18 mm or 11/16th of an inch), and fitted with a nickel pin stem that has a tab attached to the back so that it will not turn or spin once it is pressed into fabric or leather, as some pin tacks do without this tab. The nickel flat-back pin clutch will keep it riding low on your coat, collar, scarf, or tie.

These tacks are popular, and due to the individually handmade nature of them, the USA letters may vary ever so slightly making each pin unique.
