The bust stops here for the buoys in this vintage 1940's World War Two inspired art card. This image is original one of a kind collage art with a touch of humor and a play on words. The main body of this piece is card stock paper that was enhanced with quality acrylic paint. Collage accents include vintage beach pin-up magazine cut-outs, some text words, genuine lace from a wedding dress (notice the red flag in the corner), and the background has a layer of gold netting that reminds one of sexy leg stockings. The edges are painted, archival PVA glue was used, acrylic paint and varnish coating; has a glossy shine to make a thick sturdy ACEO.
