Here is lovely primitive votive candle holder. I used to be able to purchase these unpainted, but the manufacturer quit making them so I had no choice but to make them myself! I cut the pieces out of 3/8" thick wood, drilled holes in the top for the votive cups and then assembled all the pieces and completely handpainted the entire piece using a design created by Mary Jo Tuttle which features primitive american flag design. The design is painted on both long sides of the holder. My signature is on one of the short sides. The wooden part of the holder measures approx. 10 inches long, 3 inches tall, and 3 inches deep. It comes complete with 3 glass votive cups and 3 white votive candles. A nice primitive americana item that is both decorative and useful!
