Here is an absolutely adorable boutique tissue box cover. Using a design by Sue Penrod, I have completely hand stitched all 4 sides using plastic canvas and yarn. His beard, mustache, and eyelashes are all done in looped stiches which gives some dimension. His nose is a red pom pom and he has a gold metal button on his jacket and a pretty ribbon poinsettia on his hat. All four sides are done exactly the same and you just slip it overtop a boutique tissue box and pull the tissues out the top of his hat. I can't tell you how many hours this guy takes to make, but he is so cute and colorful, I just love making him. He will definately brighten up the tissue boxes in your home or office.
