3M Anti Tarnish tabs are a absorbent special paper that will protect silver, gold, brass, copper, nickel, bronze, and tin from oxides known as tarnish. They absorb and trap the sulfides and other pollutants. To use them simply place a tab in a well sealed enclosure (zip top bag) with your metal piece and the tabs will prevent tarnish for approximately six months. I use them with finished jewelry storage and my metal storage. They are safe & leave no residue. And the best part....they save HOURS of polishing time!
