Plum Sparkles Focal Bead

With dotty accents in lustred blue, this handmade glass lampwork focal bead has a lot of interest in a slender shape. The base is dark transparent purple wrapped in sparkley dichroic glass. On one end are pleats of wispy silvered glass, and scattered around the body of the bead are lustrous semi translucent blue dots. Lots to look at and a pleasure to hold. Stunning!

This unique focal bead measures about 40mm in length. All photos have been taken in bright natural light and greatly enlarged in order to better show the details. Views from both sides of the bead are shown. The bead was made on a 1/8" mandrel. This listing is for a total of 1 focal bead, penny not included.

My handmade glass lampwork beads were lovingly torched by me. They are cleaned thoroughly and properly annealed in my digitally controlled kiln for strength and durability.
