The length from the neck edge to the end is 9". The length around the body is 13" (and the band could stretch to 14-15"). The neck opening is 9" and can stretch to 12". The width across the back of the sweater is 7". Slips over the dog's head, and the strap goes under the chest and snaps at the side. The button decor gives the effect that the strap buttons. Machine wash gentle, dry low. Do not iron. Can be custom made to fit your dog. Just provide your dog's neck and chest circumferences, and the length you would like from the neck back to the tail.
