Drawstring closure makes it fit very small dogs up to dogs with 18" neck circumference. It is 6" long including the 3+ inch pink and white fringe. Hand-crocheted using Caron's Simply Soft 100% acrylic yarn. Machine wash, dry gentle. Do not iron.
