Filigree ring is an original asymmetrical design, totally handcrafted by B.Burkett. The frame of the ring is constructed of square sterling silver wire that is soldered together. The filler wire is hand milled of 2 fine silver wires twisted together and then flattened in a rolling mill. After each and every swirl is formed to fit into its place it is soldered into place. This assymetrical ring reminds me of the freedom of sking the slopes of our favorite Colorado ski resort. When the Art Fire, Art Jewelry Guild announced their new challenge titled "Winter Wonderland" I knew it would be the perfect entry.
