Striped Trellis Bracelet

Product Description

This 6 1/2" (16.6 cm) bracelet was created using rainbow gold and purple seed beads, Czech faceted beads and Swarovski crystals.

The first layer was created with the right angle weave, also called RAW, beadweaving stitch using needle and thread and adding one or two beads at a time. The base has three rows of size 11 Czech seed beads, then four rows of mixture of seed beads, faceted fire polished beads and crystals in a mixture of purples and golds.

A second layer of beads was added over the four rows of mixed beads in a zigzag pattern. The clasp was created with the same beads as the bracelet with a large Swarovski crystal in the center.

Inspiration/Story Behind This Product

The inspiration for this bracelet came from Marcia DeCoster's book, "Beaded Opulence."
