2 Lampwork Beads Encased with Double Helix Glass SRA

$4.00
Quantity: 1 available
Product Description
I made these beads by encasing a bead base made of yellow glass with stringers pulled from Double Helix glass.

The beads just shine and shimmer with hues of blue and green!

They are almost the same size; but not quite.

One bead measures 8.5 mm wide while the other measures 9 mm wide. Both beads are 14 mm around. The holes on these beads are about 2.5 mm.

All of my glass lampwork beads are made with care and attention to detail in my little home glass studio located in South Carolina. My beads go straight from the flame of the torch into the kiln and are held at a temperature of 950 degrees until my bead making session is complete. When I'm finished making beads they are slowly ramped down overnight with my digitally controlled kiln.

I clean the bead holes of excess bead release using a dremel tool and make sure my beads are packed carefully before shipping.

I am a member of SRA. My membership number is S106.
