This pattern makes me happy - a dog collar with a cheerful carnival look. I have it shown here on citrus green webbing and you'll see the leash shown with a lovely coral webbing. The pattern would also look very nice on pale blue or turquoise.

Any combination is available as a martingale or buckle collar and the matching leash is also availabe in these colors.
