This is a delicate gilded sterling silver bracelet formed as joined leaves by Norwegian maker Aksel Holmsen. The black enamel is in lovely condition, and the maker's mark, as well as the marks for Norway and sterling, are on the back of each leaf. The bracelet measures 7 1/2 inches long, including the spring-ring clasp and jump ring, by about 1/4 inch wide.

On the back are the hallmarks Sterling Norway 925S and the crossed wishbones for Aksel Holmsen.

Norwegian sterling silver is prized for its great enameling work. There are not too many of the bracelets around. You mostly see the brooches.

Makes a great gift or addition to a collection. Does need minor cleaning on the back, but I leave that to the buyer.
