Kate Hines is a contemporary jewelry artist who has been designing for about 30 years. This piece is in pewter, I believe, with a matte type finish with 5 leaves with veins in them and a silver tone fold over clasp. Signed Kate Hines on the back.

It measures 7 1/2" long and 5/8" wide.

I searched all over the net and found numerous pieces from her, but not this exact one.
