This bracelet is both simple and complex. From a distance, it appears to be a simple copper chain. Upon closer look, however, you can see that the Byzantine Chainmaille pattern is quite complicated. It begs to be felt in order to discover the unique smooth but solid texture and weight. It would make a great addition to either a man's or woman's wardrobe.

This piece is 8 inches long, and ends with a copper plated toggle clasp. The bracelet itself is solid copper, so it will tarnish over time into a beautiful patina. If you prefer the look of the shiny, new copper, you can clean it by dipping it in lemon juice with a dash of salt. You can also use a jewelry polishing cloth between cleanings, and store it in an airtight baggie when you aren't wearing it to keep it shiny longer.
