About 55 inches of vintage agate beads, hand knotted on orange cord with gold threads, graduated sizes. It is a wonderful piece as is, though extremely heavy. It would be fun to restring it in a more Scottish fashion...or?? These beautiful stones deserve to be worn.

Excellent condition, I wish I know the names of all these stones, but I am venturing some bloodstone, carnelian, chalcedony, banded agates, some oblongs, bicone shapes, rounds, gorgeous earthtones.... I remember people wearing these in the 1970's boho style with peasant skirts, well, unless you were my grandmother and wore polyester suits for everything.
