This stunning platter/Tray has a beautiful pattern and a very discreet hint of green in the center. The natural clay can be seen nicely through the glaze and creates a great speckled effect. Use it for serving for for home decor. Makes a beautiful welcoming piece in a front hall or on a dresser to keep valuables.

This piece is made from a large slab. It is imprinted with a texture and then I select a shape for it. A clean foot is added so that it sits well.

I make all of my pottery myself. I have no apprentice and do not slip cast or mass produce any of my work. All of my pottery is made one by one. It has a long journey from me to you and I take great pride in making in high quality pieces and am dedicated to excellence in craftsmanship. I have been working in clay for over three decades.

All of my handmade stoneware pottery is food friendly. It can be put in the microwave, dishwasher and oven. Never put a cold pot in a hot oven. Simply let it warm up in the oven.

Based on size, weight and destination I use a variety of shippers - mostly ground delivery (3-4 days) but you can request specific shipping - just contact me. I refund any overpayment greater than $2.00 for shipping. I use clean recycled packaging as well as new supplies when needed.
