"Diving Birds" is a numbered, limited edition giclee print of a scratchboard original. It measures 5" X 7" and is printed in specialty matte ink on artist paper.

We vacation at the same spot on Cape Cod and a couple of years ago there were great schools of baitfish off the coast. The great chain of interconnected life was in view: herring swimming after plankton; sea birds, seals, whales and larger fish chasing the herring. I wondered what it would be like to see the rush of sharp beaks swimming down at me. Look for the one who got away!
