unique design from late 70's, excellent condition.

Oscar Betz designs have been used in movies, worn by celebrities, and collected by many in the 70's and 80's. I have been fortunate enough to know Oscar and acquire some of his earliest pieces. This piece is one of them. They are very hard to find and very collectible. Oscar is given the credit of designing the first "chandelier" earrings, using Native American stones and techniques.
